The Treasury Senior Associate will work closely with Loan Administration, Accounting, Fund Ops and Client Services in facilitating treasury duties and responsibilities. This position will be responsible for maintaining multiple banking and vendor relationships – in addition to preparing, reviewing, initiating and approving wires in our banking system.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and initiate wires in our banking system
- Review and approve wires in our banking system
- Perform various compliance checks using various systems prior to releasing wires
- Record daily bank activity in Wall Street Office
- Perform daily bank reconciliations over the main bank account as well as various managed funds account
- Ability to sort through large amounts of data to generate a result
- Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously
- Special ad hoc projects
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, accounting, economics or related fields
- 1-3 or more years of relevant work experience
- Robust quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong client centric focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- High level of initiative and accountability
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $75,000 - $115,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
