Senior Associate - Marketing, Meetings, and Agent Development

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

Business Unit Overview

The Nautilus Group® is a leading membership-based organization dedicated to supporting agents through innovative marketing strategies, impactful events, and comprehensive training programs. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Associate to contribute to various initiatives, ensuring they are seamlessly executed and aligned with organizational goals.

 

 

Role Overview:

The Senior Associate will support cross-functional projects involving agent training, new member onboarding, event planning, and marketing strategy. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and agents to deliver well-organized programs and initiatives. Reporting to a Corporate Vice President, the ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

Agent Training & Development Programs

  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions with agents, presenters, and internal teams.
  • Draft and manage promotional materials, event flyers, and summaries.
  • Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Design and distribute surveys to collect feedback and measure program effectiveness.

New Member Onboarding

  • Partner with team members to ensure a seamless new member onboarding experience.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding resources, including website content and facilitation of recorded training sessions.

Event Planning and Coordination

  • Organize in-person and virtual events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage compliance submissions, CE certifications, and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, speaker arrangements, catering, and swag orders.

Marketing and Communication

  • Participate in marketing focus groups and advisory boards.
  • Create and analyze surveys to guide marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage content for social media campaigns and promotional materials.

Project Oversight and Collaboration

  • Streamline processes with internal and external teams to ensure timely task delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and advisory boards.
  • Provide post-event reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, communications, or event coordination.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting promotional and instructional materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Seismic, SurveyMonkey, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in financial services or advanced markets (preferred).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including agents, team members, and vendors.

Event Planning and Data Analysis

  • Proficient in event planning, logistics coordination, and survey-driven program evaluation.

Collaboration and Relationship Building

  • Adept at fostering relationships with agents, staff, and vendors.
  • Experienced in forming advisory groups and collecting insights for improvement.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Seismic, Zoom, and content management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and survey platforms.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $67,500 - $90,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

 

Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
