Position Overview

The CVP LTC Business Management will be partner closely with the LTC Solutions Business Leader in helping to manage the overall operations of the LTC Solutions business. He or she will help prepare materials outlining business performance and updating on key initiatives, create and maintain a robust set of operational metrics, oversee the management of multiple in-flight projects, and own the change management process. He or she will also play a key role in helping to develop and execute on the long-term business strategy.

 

This role will report directly to the LTC Solutions Business Leader and sit on the LTC Senior Leadership Team.

 

 

 

Role Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare business update reports and slide decks for a variety of audiences, including but not limited to Operations Council, Solutions Council, and the monthly business update report
  • Help develop and execute on long-term strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a robust set of operational metrics
  • Help monitor performance of business operations, getting actively involved in problem solving when needed
  • Be a driving force on the LTC Senior Leadership Team – coordinating activities and helping establish business priorities
  • Assist on ad hoc projects that require the involvement of the LTC Solutions Business Leader

 

 

Desired Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience with long-term care insurance products. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of managing multiple priorities and collaborating across the organization. Project management and/or operations experience are key for this role.

 

Reporting Relationship

This position will report to the LTC Solutions Business Leader

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related curriculum is required.  An MBA and/or other advanced degree or professional designation is preferred, but not required.
