GBS

 

 

This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Under certain circumstances, will consider a remote option.

 

Role Summary

 

Responsibility for configuring new and existing GBS business with life, accident and disability products.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for establishing client accounts within applicable administrative systems for all business
     
  • Accountable for expeditious and accurate entry of information within applicable administrative systems for all business; meet and/or exceed established individual and team goals.
     
  • Exhibit strong working knowledge of Client Set-up (CSU) systems (DCF, ACQ, ER Tool, RPO/IMAGE, APGS-ie, SRO, VPS, Workdesk, GBA, AppX, CSW, PAF)
     
  • Perform high quality analysis of system set-up requests
     
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide/accept feedback to peers and business partners within the organization.

 

  • Timely completion of all required deadlines within established goals.  Properly communicate and document any known delays
     
  • Effectively display detail-orientation and problem-solving skills to assist internal business partners with problem resolution
     
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing; with internal/external business partners

 

  • Support any projects within the group, as needed.
     
     
    Minimum Qualifications
     
  • High school graduate; College graduate preferred; equivalent combination of education and business related experience
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to respond to various incoming internal/external requests
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple GBS systems preferred
