The Treasury Associate candidate will need to be highly organized, proactive, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, exhibits initiative to learn and contribute, and work well within team settings. Candidates will be expected to contribute new ideas to achieve efficiencies in reporting.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Prepare and initiate wires in our banking system
- Review and approve wires in our banking system
- Perform various compliance checks using various systems prior to releasing wires
- Record daily bank activity in Wall Street Office
- Perform daily bank reconciliations over the main bank account as well as various managed funds account
- Ability to sort through large amounts of data to generate a result
- Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously
- Special ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, accounting, economics or related fields
- 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred
- Robust quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong client centric focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- High level of initiative and accountability
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Macros knowledge preferred

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
