Corporate Vice President, Communication and Change Management

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior Change Management Leader who will be responsible for developing and institutionalizing a best-in-class change management strategy that enhances employee readiness across the Service organization. This role involves creating and implementing comprehensive change management frameworks, toolkits, and templates to support consistent, predictable execution of major organizational transformations. The Senior Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive change and business leaders to align strategies and ensure seamless change implementation. This role also requires managing business-as-usual change activities, developing risk mitigation plans, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Leader will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business leaders on driving successful change and ensuring agility across the organization. Regular reporting on change progress and outcomes will be essential, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for further improvement.
What You'll Do:
Change Strategy Development
- Develop and institutionalize a best in class change management capability that will improve employee readiness and account for change to all elements of the organization’s operating model
- Create effective change management frameworks, in coordination with our executive change and business leaders, that support an integrated delivery approach to ensure predictable execution and realization of benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other change management leaders to align on strategies and support major organizational initiatives
Change Implementation
- Develop and implement change management best practices, including the creation of toolkits, templates, and frameworks to support consistent execution
- Manage and influence potential impact of changes to people, process, technology, organization, and culture
- Lead change assessments for various business initiatives to identify impact, scope, and resource responsibilities
- Manage business-as-usual change management activities, ensuring smooth execution and support for continuous process improvements
- Build and maintain risk mitigation plans to address potential challenges and obstacles within change initiatives
Continuous Improvement
- Provide coaching, insights, and support to business leaders, ensuring they understand their role in driving and managing change
- Foster organizational agility through engagements in and across the enterprise to more readily adapt in a continually evolving environment
- Act as a trust advisor and liaison between departments and leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to change across the organization
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Create, recommend, and implement measurement systems for change success e.g., adoption, performance KPIs, customer and agent experience
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify organizational gaps and translate findings into actionable plans
- Regularly report on change progress and outcomes to senior leadership
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in relevant change management experience with at least 4 years of management experience (certifications are a plus)
- Requires experience leading large-scale transformation projects across an enterprise from initiation through sustainment
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter or similar)
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience in financial services industry is highly preferred
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$155,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
