Position:  Senior Associate (Dallas, Texas)

Duties: Leverage theoretical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles to design and implement large and complex web-based solutions. Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Functional & Load Testing teams, as well as Security, throughout the application development life cycle to deliver large-scale solutions. Utilize new technologies in the Java space and Adobe Experience Manager platform to design and implement JEE solutions and help formulate JEE development best practices and guidelines. Conduct code walk-throughs with team members and ensure that best practices are followed. Estimate development efforts for projects of varying sizes and help the solution delivery team achieve higher levels of competency, effectiveness, and internal process Improvement.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three years of experience  designing and integrating J2EE and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five years of experience  designing and integrating J2EE and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content. Must possess 3 years of the following: Coding in Java within the J2EE platform; Implementing applications using advanced coding techniques, frameworks, and reusable services including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager 6.0+), Apache Sling, CRX, Apache Felix, Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, Touch UI, Jackrabbit, Java Content Repository, OSGi, Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions, Unix, Apache Web Server, Dispatcher and AEM Digital Asset Management; Experience in jQuery, CSS & HTML5; Accessing Spring and Web Services using SOAP and REST; Performing software development and configuration using WebSphere and Eclipse; Building and deploying applications using Git, Maven and Jenkins; Performing Quality Assurance engineering including verification of complex integration and code reviews; Designing SQL queries and performing data ETL from RDBMS to integrate with AEM applications; Adobe Certified Developer.
