Position:  Senior Associate (Dallas, Texas)


Duties: Design, develop, implement, configure, maintain, administrate, and integrate the Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") system for Agency. Perform development as part of the CRM team. Deliver highly-scalable, extensible, and easy-to-maintain solutions for end-users of the Salesforce platform. Leverage programming skills and languages, such as Apex, Visualforce,, XML, JSON, Web Services (WSDL/SOAP/REST), as well knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise integrating technologies to develop solutions to highly ambiguous problems. 


Requirements: Master's degree in Microelectronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science or related field and three (3) years of experience performing development and integration. Or, in the alternative, a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience performing development and integration. 

One year of experience must include: (1) Performing web application development, Salesforce secure integration and extensions, and design solutions utilizing API, APEX, Visual Force and SOQL; (2) Performing complex APEX and Visual Force page development, and web services development using REST and SOAP API; (3) Designing, developing and implementing salesforce applications using Lightning framework and lightning aura components; Performing sales cloud and service cloud customization, implementation, and ongoing technical support and enhancement; (4) Developing User Interface using JavaScript and JQuery; and, (5) Interfacing with Business and Technical teams to analyze requirements, create technical architecture to meet business needs, and resolve technical issues.
