Position Overview

 

An Associate of the System Admin team performs a variety of duties including system support, data analysis, accounting and reporting of the invested assets maintained in various applications on a GAAP, STAT and tax basis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the support of various investment systems (CAMRA, Investran, DND and IDW).
  • Assist in the day to day maintenance of investment system reference tables.
  • Assist in the investigation of reconciliation discrepancies or data inconsistencies.
  • Assist in the monthly update of NAIC ratings.
  • Evaluate vendor releases of Regulatory programs and/or upgrades to new software versions.
  • Update SQL queries, Crystal Reports and Excel Templates.

 

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience with SQL/Crystal Report/VBA/Excel and Access DB a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
