Associate, Sales Reporting and Analytics

We’re looking for someone with an analytical aptitude to lead our team through new reporting initiatives which will be the driving forces of our sales team. This role will build the foundation of a big data set that is a major part of our overall data strategy. As this responsibility grows, we want you to grow. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work with senior sales management and present the information to user in a consumable manner. This role will be based in our Jersey City office with some travel to our Midtown home office.


This role will consist of two major components among many ad hoc requests


Mutual Fund Sales Reporting Analyst


  • Run sales reports out of multiple systems and analyze the discrepancies
  • Learn vendor applications and master the data structure
  • Present findings to senior management


DCIO Reporting Specialist


  • Integrate data packs from DCIO recordkeepers into current reporting structure
  • Set the structure that will be a foundation for future DCIO data
  • Research advisor consultant requests to uncover additional details
  • Create reports and dashboards for our sales team to consume the data

  • Strong technical skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
