Salesforce Tech Lead

The qualified candidate will provide technical design leadership across our Salesforce platform and mentor junior developers to help build their skills and experience. Additional responsibilities also involve designing, developing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, administrate, and integrate the Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

The selected persons will also be involved in the design, development and implantation of highly-scalable, extensible, and easy-to-maintain solutions for end-users of the Salesforce platform; Develop applications using technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, Java, JSP, XML, JSON, and Web Services (WSDL/SOAP/REST); Utilize web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise integrating technologies to develop solutions to highly ambiguous problems. The role also requires using Salesforce.com (CRM software) to meet business needs by customizing code using APEX, VISUALFORCE, AURA, and LIGHTNING, and making configuration changes; Oversee security settings to ensure that access is restricted based on the user's role.

 

 Requirements:

  • 5 - 7+ years industry experience
  • Bachler's Degree (Master's preferred but not required) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field or equivalent
  • Three years' experience in salesforce.com development, production, and customization or, alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and five years' experience as noted above.
  • Must possess 1 year of the following:
    • Designing, developing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and integrating the Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for insurance and banking applications
    • Designing, developing and implementing salesforce applications using Lightning framework
    • Performing development on the Data Loader, a Salesforce.com based ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tool, by identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts and loading that data into Salesforce.com from legacy systems
    • Performing sales cloud, marketing cloud, and service cloud customization, implementation, and ongoing technical support and enhancement
    • Developing software, writing custom code for Salesforce UI, and designing web-based systems and service-based architecture using multiple tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, JSP, XML, JSON, WEB SERVICES, (WSDL/SOAP/REST). Utilizing REST and SOAP API's to perform data integration between mainframe and salesforce
    • Implementing customized Apex Sharing models using batch jobs and setting access and visibility rights
    • Interfacing with Business and Technical teams to assess requirements, create technical architecture to meet business needs, and resolve technical issues
