Senior Technical Product Manager, GuideMe

At New York Life, we offer our clients sound finance advice through a protection-first lens. We use an outcome-orientation that’s delivered with genuine care and designed to offer real peace of mind.

GuideMe is the digital planning tool that helps our agents bring this approach to life. It’s designed to help our agents build rapport and understand a client’s situation, better match a solution to a need, and simplify communication of the value of that solution. The end result of GuideMe is a shift from product sales to relationship building in a way that meets the evolving expectations of modern consumers.

The early field results and feedback on GuideMe have been very positive. GuideMe reduces case design work and training needs, keeps appointments on track, and helps build agent confidence by providing guardrails for a conversational appointment flow. The early evidence shows that agents who use GuideMe are more effective as a result.
