As a hybrid remote/office role, the position will ultimately be in the office no more than 3x a week, and can be based in either the NYC office or Jersey City office.


The Equity Product Marketer will be responsible for supporting NYLIM’s suite of equity solutions, which are sub-advised by various investment boutiques. The ideal candidate will have an investment marketing background, a strong sense of intellectual curiosity, keen attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.  The position will coordinate the development of product-related content and help drive integrated campaigns.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner with product management and investment partners on the idea generation and creation of new product marketing materials in various formats, including blogs, webcasts, videos, brochures, presentations, flyers and digital representation of such materials.
  • Help to develop and execute marketing campaigns and content to support key focus products.
  • Support campaign efforts and further promote new product ideas by collaborating with key internal business teams, such as digital marketing, segment marketing, distribution teams, business intelligence and compliance.
  • Coordinate the marketing aspect of new product launches and initiatives, including the creation of new product marketing materials, and the plans for bringing them to market.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly marketing material updates, leading the efforts to ensure product positioning remains appropriate and is consistent across all related materials.
  • Think creatively to repurpose content across digital channels, analyze performance and make data-driven recommendations.



  • BA/BS required; concentration in marketing, finance, economics or communications a plus
  • 3+ years of investment marketing experience, focused on equity solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work at a strategic and a tactical level
  • Curiosity, flexibility, strong sense of ownership and pro-active in nature
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performing team environment; collaborating with others as well as working independently
  • Strong project management skills: Dynamic, high-reaching, creative and innovative, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office software skill





Salary range: $72,500-$107,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
