- Create, adapt, and maintain design templates that help ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality execution across teams and channels.
- Support the design and execution of event materials and brand activation experiences, helping ensure the firm’s visual identity is expressed consistently and compellingly across conferences, meetings, sponsorships, and client-facing engagements.
- Develop graphics, layouts, infographics, tables, charts, and other visual elements that make complex information clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
- Apply brand standards consistently while helping maintain core design assets, including templates, photography, iconography, and other creative resources.
- Partner with creative, marketing, digital, project management, and business teams to execute work that supports business priorities and enhances the client experience.
- Prepare files for print and digital production, manage project files and version control, and balance multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a brand, in-house creative team, agency, or marketing environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color, and brand application across multiple formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content creation platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A collaborative working style, openness to feedback, and strong communication skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and interest in continuing to grow across brand design, digital experiences, accessibility, event activation, and emerging creative tools.
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry is helpful but not required.
