Duties: Oversees a portfolio of diverse technologies and enterprise platforms ensuring operational excellence and support within the company's Digital organization.  Works across delivery, infrastructure, security, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions are efficient, address customer issues, meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer expectations, and adhere to operational processes.  Interfaces with Application Support & Maintenance teams (internal and external to Digital) to share process improvements and technical knowledge with respect to systems integration. Conducts ongoing performance monitoring and maintenance and provides continuous improvements to processes and procedures.  Plays an active role in key enterprise processes that support operational excellence and govern Production environments such as Change Advisory Board (CAB), SWAT calls, and Incident Management. Provides support through a variety of different communication channels, including email, phone, tickets, chat, and video conferences. Engages with vendors to resolve production issues and monitors third-party vendors to ensure they meet required SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Works with on-shore and off-shore support teams to provide support and guidance related to maintaining a high-level of productivity and efficiency in day-to-day tasks. Works with Solution Delivery teams to establish appropriate knowledge transfer and quality levels ensuring rigor around production readiness and the ASM team’s ability to support and perform periodic reviews of technical and operational documentation. Ensures all documentation is updated and accurately reflects the system's production state. Works closely with Security, Infrastructure and other key enterprise teams to understand changes to the production environment. Analyzes and provides transparency into potential risks, issues or impacts to Digital systems. Leads, manages, and supports technology component upgrades. Identifies, tracks, and resolves data quality and integrity issues.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 3 years of experience providing technical support for cloud-based applications leveraging the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Or in the alternative:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 5 years of experience providing technical support for cloud-based applications leveraging the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Required Skills:

Experience must include 1 year in each of the following skills:

  1. Working with an on-shore/off-shore resource model;
  2. Leveraging knowledge of data management platforms, Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes, and SQL database to manage and organize a large amount of data produced by critical and legacy applications for sales lead tracking and other critical operations;
  3. Leveraging knowledge of cloud, SAAS, and PAAS models to manage critical applications hosted on Adobe Experience Cloud and Amazon Cloud platform; and,
  4. Navigating across teams to resolve incidents and issues, and proactively identifying and working with technical resources.
