Duties: Analyze and interprets data in line with the business goals. Deliver value by using data to answer questions and communicate results through impactful visualizations. Provide timely information to support senior leadership with decision-making through dashboards to a wide range of people in the organization. Provide direction to the Data Technology teams concerning how to implement an enterprise-wide business intelligence tool. Present large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable and easy to interpret, and identify patterns, trends, and correlations. Oversee visualization for data mining, presentations, and dashboard development. Conduct research related to data issues and reports. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.


Education & Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 3 years of experience performing end-to-end data analytics and designing data warehouse solutions, including testing, migration, administration, security management, and production support. Or in the alternative, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 5 years of experience performing end-to-end data analytics and designing data warehouse solutions, including testing, migration, administration, security management, and production support.


Required Special Skills:
Experience must include 3 years in each of the following:
(1) Creating enhanced dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Spotfire or Business Objects to monetize data by creating insights, trends, and alerts;
(2) Designing and developing data pipelines and complex target data models sourced from Hadoop/Data Hub into Oracle (or similar SQL-based relation database) using TOAD, Control-M, and Data Virtualization; 
(3) Gathering business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, and designing and developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs); 
(4) Analyzing multiple data sources and recommending how they could be blended into creative dashboards; and, 
(5) Researching data issues and reports using data mining, statistical analysis, simulations, or other methods to analyze information and using TOAD, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Spotfire, and Business Objects.
