The candidate will be part of the Accounting Operations Division responsible for managing the close process, on a GAAP and Statutory basis, in a high paced and challenging environment. The group works closely with all business areas throughout the company, senior management and technology. The role requires strong accounting & analytical skills, clear and concise communication, staff management, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. The candidate will be a key contributor in process improvement and automation initiatives that are currently underway, as well as identifying future improvement opportunities. The role will provide in depth institutional knowledge, exposure to all aspects of the Company’s financials and the opportunity to increase technical skills using new technology.



  • Talent cultivation
  • Production of thorough variance analysis and management reports, coordinating with business areas to understand activity and explanations
  • Partner with business areas to understand and advise on accounting transactions
  • Review and approval of journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by junior level staff and co-sourced resources.
  • Perform divisional SOX controls
  • Identify and drive process improvements
  • Utilize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology
  • Assist in achievement of departmental and internal division goals
  • Support rotational associate and internship programs


  • B.S. in Accounting preferred
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles
  • Strong understanding of financial controls
  • Willingness to seek innovative efficiencies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage onsite and offsite teams


The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $135,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits.
