Role Responsibilities:

New York Life Insurance (NYL) is seeking a highly talented and driven Product Owner to join our dynamic, high-performing team. Our focus is on continually improving our technology ecosystem and transforming our business processing capabilities to support our institutional clients in an industry-leading business unit, Institutional Life (IL). A strong desire to continuously improve processes using business expertise and technical experience to envision and deliver valuable solutions to our end-users is key.

What You’ll Do:

  • Test developer output with a critical eye to recognize bugs or uneven user experience.
  • Coordinate the work to coincide with planned release dates.
  • Write end-user communications to announce feature deployments.
  • Demonstrate new features to end-users and executive stakeholders. Conduct more in-depth training as needed.
  • Identify Salesforce changes that will warrant updates to data infrastructure and Tableau reports and align the timing of such changes with the data product owner.
  • Sign off on all procedure, quality, and training documentation associated with Salesforce production moves.
  • Proactively seek out Salesforce training to stay aware of new features and functionality that can solve current and future business challenges.

What You’ll Bring:
