Role Summary

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Tech Lead/Sr Developer to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS). This role requires expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, strong leadership abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to enhance customer service processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
  • Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.
  • Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement.
  • Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross-team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution.
  • Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions.

 

Education / Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I and II).

 

 

Qualifications

  • More than 7 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce Lightning.

 

Experience:

  • Leading technical teams and managing Salesforce projects.
  • Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
  • Additional experience with Field Service Lightning is a plus.
  • Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
  • Extensive development experience using Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework.
  • Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Salary range: $105,000-$160,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt
