Agent Collaboration & Partnership Operations Support Specialist
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
Role Overview:
The ACP Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in executing and supporting the day-to-day operations of ACP programs. This position focuses on program coordination, onboarding support, logistics execution, and operational tracking to ensure that ACP initiatives run efficiently and at scale.
Working closely with ACP Field Operations and Program Operations leadership, this role serves as a core execution partner — ensuring that program activities are delivered consistently, timelines are met, and field-facing processes operate smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
Program Execution & Operational Support

- Execute day-to-day operational activities across ACP programs (AMP, DA, Agent Teaming, and Professional Alliance)
- Support onboarding and enrollment processes, ensuring timely and accurate participant setup
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, including meetings, working sessions, and field engagement calls
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks
Onboarding & Enrollment Support

- Assist with the setup and activation of program participants across ACP initiatives
- Ensure required documentation, data entry, and system updates are completed accurately
- Monitor onboarding pipelines and flag delays or gaps
- Partner with Program Operations to ensure a smooth and consistent participant experience
Operational Coordination & Issue Tracking

- Maintain trackers and tools used to manage program activities, issues, and workflows
- Support intake and routing of field inquiries and operational requests
- Assist in identifying and resolving routine issues, escalating more complex items as needed
- Ensure visibility into open items and support timely resolution
Reporting & Insights Support

- Support the development and maintenance of program reporting and operational dashboards across ACP initiatives (AMP, DA, Agent Teaming, and Professional Alliance)
- Assist in tracking key metrics including participation, onboarding progress, adoption, and program performance
- Compile and organize data from multiple sources to provide visibility into program activity and outcomes
- Partner with Program Operations and Field Operations to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on available data
- Support the preparation of data-driven summaries and insights for leadership updates, field communications, and program reviews
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across trackers, reports, and operational tools
Documentation & Process Support

- Maintain and update program documentation, SOPs, guides, and operational materials
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
- Help standardize workflows to improve consistency and scalability across programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with internal teams including Field Experience, Marketing, Training, Compensation, and Technology
- Support coordination of cross-functional activities and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings, field communications, and program updates
What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in operations, program support, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with data, reporting, or operational analytics (Excel-based reporting, dashboards, or similar tools)
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Familiarity with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, OneNote, etc)
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
