Associate, Agent Compensation
Role Overview:
As an Associate on the Agent Compensation team, you will support the administration of agent compensation programs through compensation analysis, validation, reporting, and operational support activities that help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency. This role will also support oversight of the Agent’s Errors & Omissions (E&O) plan, serving as liaison between the field and the third-party administrator. Strong data management and technical skills are essential, as the role involves working with complex datasets across multiple systems using tools such as MS Excel, Access, Mainframe TSO, and Varicent. In addition, the associate will support process improvement initiatives, modernization initiatives, ad hoc analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with field and Home Office partners.
What You’ll Do:
· Ensure accuracy and compliance of Agent Compensation programs
· Communicate program rules, calculations, and outcomes to field and internal partners
· Manage and validate the annual Agent E&O enrollment process
· Coordinate with the third-party E&O administrator throughout the policy year
· Analyze and reconcile data to support accurate quarterly E&O billing
· Support process improvement and automation initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with operational processes and complex datasets. You possess strong technical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently validate calculations and maintain a high level of
accuracy. You communicate clearly and professionally, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across teams to support operational goals.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Advanced Excel and reporting skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to collaborate across teams and support operations
Preferred Skills:
· Experience supporting compensation administration, finance operations, or related business functions.
· Knowledge of Agent Compensation processes and operational controls.
· Openness to using AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and analysis.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000-$92,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
