Role Summary
The Insights & Optimizations team works horizontally across the Client Growth & Retention Value Stream to enable measurement, track program performance, and improve outcomes through continuous insights and data support.
As a Reporting Associate, you will support programs by executing accurate, reliable, and timely reporting, helping stabilize performance tracking as programs scale. This role plays a critical part in ensuring trusted data delivery today while intentionally reducing manual effort over time through automation and improved processes.
You will collaborate closely with Senior Associates and Data Operations partners, gaining hands-on experience in operational analytics, reporting automation, and analytical storytelling as your responsibilities evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Monthly Reporting
• Execute recurring operational and monthly reporting for Financial Education programs using established templates and measurement frameworks
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time
• Support Senior Associates by preparing data, validating results, and compiling reporting materials following intake and scoping decisions
• Own end-to-end execution of defined operational reports, with a focus on championing self-service methods
Automation Acceleration & Reporting Enablement
• Document repeatable reporting processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort
• Support the transition of recurring reports from manual execution to automated solutions, including testing and validation
• Maintain automated reporting outputs once stable, ensuring reliability and continuity
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline data preparation, QA, and reporting compilation where appropriate
Analytical Support & Growth
• Provide analytical support to Senior Associates by assisting with ad-hoc analysis, data pulls, and validation
• Help surface trends, patterns, and anomalies within reporting outputs
• Gradually build skills in analytical storytelling and insights development through mentorship and hands-on exposure
Support for New and Emerging Initiatives
• Support research, reporting, and exploratory analyses for new client growth and retention initiatives
• Contribute to analytical outputs with guidance from your manager and senior team members
Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Exhibits a growth and team-spirited mindset; a collaborative person who is comfortable working cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple requests with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with data from multiple sources and reconciling differences across datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn new datasets, tools, and programs
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) preferred
• Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship, entry-level role, or equivalent)
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is a plus

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $66,500 - $80,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
