Associate, Treasury Analyst

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

An associate position on the Treasury Services Team within Treasury and FP&A in Corporate Finance.  You will be part of a dynamic team primarily responsible for assisting with the management of the company’s bank relationships, interacting with the business areas on their banking needs, applying working knowledge of Treasury Management to special projects, working with our banking partners to implement and administer banking services as needed, assisting with Treasury Department customer service-related inquiries and approving and releasing wire transfers and checks


What You’ll Do:
• Act as a liaison between the company and our major banking partners
• Act as a liaison between Corporate Treasury and the business areas of the company
• Assist with Bank KYC, Audit inquires and Special Projects, including opening and closing bank accounts
• Administer Bank Portal Entitlements and Bank Fee Analysis, Budgeting and Payment
• Report on bank relationships for senior management
• Providesupport with ad hoc requests for any aspect of Treasury
• Assist department in the approval and release of wire transfers as needed

What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury preferred
• Previous experience with project-oriented Treasury Services work preferred
• Familiarity with Treasury Workstations preferred – KYRIBA experience a plus
• Bank Fee Analysis and Budgeting experience a plus
• Knowledge of insurance company line of business structure preferred
• Experience with SAP and various Bank Web Portal Administration is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively Communicate with various levels of Management
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer service and multitasking focus

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $77,500-$132,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
