We’re looking for a junior marketer to use your creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to assist our Brand Social Media Sr. Manager develop our social media strategy and build and implement plans and programs that help achieve our business goals, find new ways to drive engagement with our business and consumer audiences, and deliver growth.

 

This is an opportunity to gain broad knowledge of our marketing practice, by coordinating with channel managers across marketing. You will also play an important role in helping shape, implement, and lead all organic social programs across business areas.  

 

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and execute impactful social media campaigns that build our brand and increase engagement.
  • Assist with social media reporting and benchmarking.
  • Partner with analytics team to implement tracking.
  • Champion test and learn opportunities.
  • Assist with the publishing and maintaining social media content calendar.
  • Work with agency partners to ensure all necessary approvals are done in a timely manner.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assist with channel and social media reputation management.
  • Manage research on best practices and content recommendations.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Advertising & Sponsorship team to develop and execute social media campaigns to support those teams in brand tentpole events.

 

Qualifications   

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree

 

Experience:  2+ years of social media experience.

 

Skills: 

  • Pro-active, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong quantitative analysis and creative problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritize and successfully complete multiple ongoing projects
  • Awareness of the latest social trends and news
  • Create/sustain positive working relationships with various stakeholders across enterprise and various agencies
  • Adaptable and can easily shift gears quickly between multiple projects
  • Understanding of social media
  • Organized and action-oriented with the capability to manage and prioritize deadlines and requests, with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and financial products a plus
  • Experience with social listening tools a plus

 

 

Salary range: $58,500-$85,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
