• Provide expert input on reinsurance strategy and desired outcomes to support

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify business priorities and assess reinsurance

alignment with business and enterprise objectives.

• Develop analyses, recommendations, and practical frameworks that support

alignment, inform decision-making, and enable efficient execution across the

leadership and governance body review.

Drive Execution and Operational Excellence

• Manage new and existing reinsurance transactions and relationships in partnership

with other internal stakeholders.

• Support oversight, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of

reinsurance activities in partnership with internal stakeholders.

• Serve as a senior execution lead for reinsurance deal project management,

transaction execution, and operational implementation in partnership with internal

stakeholders to support seamless delivery. Coordinate across functions and engage

necessary partners as needed (e.g., product, finance, legal, corporate development,

• Help define and track key performance indicators in collaboration with various

business units to evaluate whether transactions support enterprise objectives and

provide recommendations for adjustments or new initiatives as needed.

• Develop and enhance technology-enabled processes, tools, and dashboards to

support efficient monitoring and reporting of reinsurance transactions and

relationships.

Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor

• Provide deep subject matter expertise across reinsurance operations — including

administration, reporting, and ongoing monitoring of reinsurance deals and treaties

— to support accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.

• Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the enterprise reinsurance leader,

helping to advance priorities, resolve issues, and drive progress across complex

initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Consulting a plus or

related field; advanced credentials such as MBA, CFA, or FSA highly preferred.

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in life/annuity reinsurance (including assetintensive reinsurance) and 12+ years in related financial roles within insurance.
