Duties: Designs, develops, tests, and implements activities related to scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that meet business requirements, policies, and standards. Architects and designs solutions that integrate with new or existing IAM platforms, including application provisioning, de-provisioning, and integration for authentication. Works with stakeholders to define and document business requirements and technical design documentation to develop new connectors and robotics automation for business and technology applications. Works with stakeholders to define and document new applications within SailPoint Identity IQ for automated and semi-automated provisioning, including related Segregation of Duties (SoD) and custom provisioning of forms and work items. Engineers, deploys, and maintains new data subsystems used in IAM ecosystems such as: audit log repository and reporting - an IAM data analytics capability that spans multiple warehouses and repositories; and Extract Load Transfer (ETL) plant for effective and efficient data manipulation in and out of Identity IAM context and between internal systems and the seamless migration from and decommission of legacy repositories. Defines and documents requirements for enhanced IAM services such as base account provisioning and password sync (password interceptor and desktop reset). Maintains alignment of IAM vision with information security objectives and business requirements. Establishes a continual service improvement plan and improves overall IAM service, focusing on operational, process, and resource efficiency. Establishes and provides metrics that identify visibility into performance, control compliance, and efficiency of IAM efforts. Designs, engineers, and supports the database to host IAM reference data required to support internal Identity Management and Access Management business processes, including enhancements or an aggregation of existing repositories. Consults with key business stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements and translate these requirements into information security solutions. Provides guidance to business partners concerning the applicability of information security to meet business needs. Supports the documentation and accreditation processes required to ensure that new IT systems meet the organization’s information security requirements. Responds to critical or urgent situations to mitigate immediate and potential threats and investigates and analyzes all relevant response activities. Ensures that Information Security (IS) security architecture, designs, plans, controls, and processes are aligned with internal IS strategies and standards. Represents IS in cross-functional meetings and projects. Advances IAM by driving policy and standard adoption and compliance.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 3 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on information security in one or more of the following areas: IAM, cyber threats, security operations, data loss prevention, threat intelligence, security architecture or policy/governance
OR, in the alternative:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 5 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on information security in one or more of the following areas: IAM, cyber threats, security operations, data loss prevention, threat intelligence, security architecture or policy/governance
Required Skills:
Experience must include 3 years in each of the following skills:
(1) Architecting and implementing robust, enterprise-wide IAM high-availability disaster recovery (HADR) solutions, including load balancing, disaster recovery failover, hardware sizing, and database failover;
(2) Architecting and implementing one or more of the following IAM product suites: IBM ESSO, ISIM, ISPIM, ISAM for Web, CA Governance Minder, SailPoint IIQ or biometric multi-factor authentication using Smart Cards;
(3) Configuring and onboarding SOX applications to IAM governance tools, specifically performing role mining, role-based access control (RBAC), user life cycle management, approval workflows, access certifications, workgroups, workflows, SoD violation reviews, password management, reports, out-of-the-box connectors, and custom connectors;
(4) Deploying and configuring Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to provide a complete compliance management solution to acquire data and logs from multiple network devices across the enterprise; and,
(5) Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) leveraging two (2) or more of the following federated identity and web services security concepts: SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth or WS-Security.
