Role Overview:

An area of focus of our team in the Home Office is helping our financial professionals effectively and efficiently collaborate in teams to better serve clients, as well as supporting them plan and execute succeeding their business and efficiently execute their succession plan. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the enhancement of our advisor collaboration and succession programs. This role will drive the design, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives that help financial professionals collaborate more effectively in teams and successfully plan for business succession.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about building exceptional user experiences, translating complex needs into scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product vision and roadmap, aligned with business objectives, market trends, and user needs
  • Shape new initiatives by framing problems, assessing current state, and recommending target-state solutions
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact, customer feedback, and strategic alignment
  • Define and track objectives and key results (OKRs) for continuous measurement and improvement

 

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead the product management lifecycle from concept to launch using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and UX/UI teams to define detailed product requirements
  • Build and maintain a well-prioritized backlog and collaborate on user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing
  • Champion user-centric design, ensuring new capabilities are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with agent and client needs

 

Collaboration & Communication

  • Engage internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Present product strategy, roadmaps, and key updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with market insights teams to identify user pain points, competitive benchmarks, and innovation opportunities

 

Analytics & Optimization

  • Define product KPIs in partnership with analytics teams and track performance over time
  • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and support optimization efforts through testing and feedback loops
  • Lead efforts to evaluate product health, usage, and impact, adjusting strategy as needed

o    Support strategic planning activities.

o    Participate in structured reviews of initiatives & implications (e.g., budget, resource allocation).

o    Work with the Product Owner to coordinate agenda and materials for executive leadership updates.

 

·         Project support

o    Support the end-to-end delivery of solutions.

o    Establish partnerships with stakeholders across business areas to support implementation of initiative.

o    Assist in managing governance and communication processes to ensure transparency and accountability.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services and/or insurance preferred
  • Strong familiarity with SAFe or Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high accountability

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $117,500 - $190,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
