Compensation Analyst, Human Resources

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

 

This position is based in our New York City Home Office on a hybrid schedule.  Monday & Friday work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Home Office.

We're looking for a highly motivated Compensation Analyst to bring their expertise to our team and make a significant impact.

 

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation programs that attract, motivate, retain, and energize top talent. What You’ll Do:

  • Perform compensation benchmarking and market analysis to help guide our pay strategies.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed compensation reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Take the lead in compensation survey participation and manage our comprehensive market data library, ensuring that we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Support the annual compensation planning process for corporate functions, ensuring pay-for-performance alignment.
  • Act as a resource for compensation-related inquiries for HR Business Partners and corporate department management, offering guidance and support.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR and compensation projects, helping shape strategic initiatives that support business growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, a results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain complex information.
  • Someone who is eager to learn and grow.
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with at least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis in a corporate setting.
  • A strong understanding of compensation best practices and market data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with large data sets, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Tableau is a plus.

 

 

 

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $77,500-$110,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
