We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our strategic HR team in our New York office on a hybrid schedule (in the office on Tues, Wed, Thurs and remote on Mon and Fri)


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day support for Corporate functions on compensation analyses, job evaluations, external offers, promotions and adjustments.
  • Playing a lead role in survey submissions and competitive analysis.
  • Participating in ad-hoc reporting and analysis and special projects for non-executive compensation areas.
  • Responding to quarterly and ad-hoc DOL wage data requests.
  • Contributing to the year-end compensation planning process and management of compensation data in the Company’s HRIS.
  • Supporting the compensation design, communication and implementation processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, analysis and exhibits for senior management, Board and Compensation Committee.
  • Other activities as required.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter, detail-focused, results-oriented, team player, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to summarize and explain information to others.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Work experience in a corporate environment and 3-5 years of compensation experience is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge of corporate compensation principles including market data, job evaluations, salary ranges, incentive programs. 
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.


This is an exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay).
