New York Life (NYL) is hiring a corporate vice president as part of a rapidly growing new business unit focused on transformational growth strategies for the US Insurance business that leverage customer access channels across its portfolio of group and association businesses and through the development of new strategic partnerships.

 

This leader will be responsible for the design, launch and optimization of new and existing programs that leverage new marketing strategies to position solutions provided by NYL Agents to new audiences. This person will be accountable for achieving defined annual objectives across their portfolio of programs.

 

As CVP, Cross Channel Programs, you will:

  • Lead the design of new programs, in partnership with channel, product and operations SMEs, including defining product, marketing and communication strategies and Agent engagement models
  • Develop business cases to support investment in new programs
  • Detail program specifications required to operationalize the program
  • Work collaboratively to get new programs to market, with a thoughtful approach to launch and progressively scale
  • With support from performance analytics, evaluate program performance and develop strategies to improve economics to maximize program returns

 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience, with a focus in growth strategy, marketing, distribution and/or financial product management
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize new ideas to a point of viable execution
  • Strong understanding of economic drivers and ability to prioritize investments
  • Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings
  • Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies
  • MBA strongly preferred, Financial Services Experience strongly preferred

Hybrid work schedule, in the office on Tues, Wed Thurs and work remote on Mon and Fri.
