Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analytics – Lead and manage compensation reporting and analytics for the company.  Provide business leaders and HR business partners with critical information needed to make fact-based decisions.  Identify process to automate reporting and provide analysis.  Ensure internal clients are satisfied with content.
  • Support Compensation Policy and Strategy Management – Partner with Compensation and HR leadership to develop compensation policy, strategy and philosophy.  Manage implementation.  Provide thought leadership on compensation policies and practices.
  • Lead Compensation Communications – Partner with Corporate Internal Communications to develop and deliver effective communications and campaigns to achieve communication objectives. 
  • Support Compensation Committee and Board Activities – Contribute to the development of materials for presentations to the CEO, Executive Management Team, Compensation Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Executive Compensation Market Data and Research – Oversee Executive Officer external compensation survey participation and benchmarking processes and analysis, including data collection, matching jobs, and interfacing with survey vendors. Participate and analyze industry specific and general market surveys to ensure competitive market position of compensation.
  • HR Support – Develop and partner with HRBP's and Recruiters as well as line managers on market data needs and analyses related to preparation of executive employment offers and salary adjustments.
  • Expatriate Compensation – Manage the expatriate compensation program, including managing vendors, developing and implementing policy and coordinating with managers and assignees. 
  • Ad Hoc Compensation Management and Support – Perform ad hoc projects including research, analysis and reports presenting findings/recommendations to varying levels of HR and business management.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications

 The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 8+ years professional related work experience.
  • Highest level of integrity, ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience using Success Factors (or any other leading HRMS systems) required.
  • Self-confident with a positive attitude: an assertive self-starter and independent thinker.  Highly motivated and results oriented to deliver client solutions.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Ability to research and analyze data, find relationships, and clearly present findings to others.  100% attention to detail required.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills to quickly dissect complex issues.
  • Able to work in an international context with multiple interfaces.  
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
