Senior Producer (CVP – PF5)


Job Function and Key Duties and Responsibility:

The candidate will act as the Sr. Producer for the internal Video Production Studio of a Fortune 100 Corporation. Responsible for all aspects of planning, pre-production, production, post production and delivery of video content.  The candidate will be involved in all levels of the Studio's capabilities and will work with the Studio's Head of Production, producers and internal clients at all stages of the production process. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of visual storytelling and is able to act as the team lead in all areas of creativity, energy, passion and poise.  Candidate is expected to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Duties include:


  • To act a lead producer on top tier studio productions such as remote and local video profiles and executive leadership messages
  • To have the ability to communicate with our stakeholders, business partners and executive leadership with confidence, expertise and professionalism
  • To use our brand voice to efficiently interpret a stakeholders specific request into the most effective video communication possible
  • To act as a leader for the other producers both on staff and freelance to adhere to the groups production standards
  • To assert themselves as a creative force for the group

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field.
  • 6+ years of production experience
  • Must have a solid overall understanding of all of the technical elements that are required to create the most effective video communication within our brand voice.  Including a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Must also have a baseline understanding of video codecs, compression, field audio, lighting and camera.
  • Candidate should have an understanding of how a video production facility operates.  Should have the ability to put together and lead a team. 
  • The position requires the candidate to lead production teams to execute videos of the highest production value.  This include staff and freelance production professionals during the pre production, production and post production phases.  The position requires that the candidate leads the team of producers in executing the creative vision and production values set forth by the Head of Production.
  • The position requires that the candidate makes informed and at times quick decisions that effect budget, deadlines, execution and overall outcome of projects that are for the senior management of the company
  • The position is to create visual and audio communication pieces.   Must be able to confidently communicate well with stake holders, business partners and senior leadership. The candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
