This position will be responsible for the project planning, tracking, operationalizing and implementation of our foundational strategy to offer the Zone teams and Development Managers the guidance and support with their execution.


Major responsibilities:

  • Support the development and communication of the foundational strategy
  • Ability to build a strategic plan with clear and concise deliverables and expectations
  • Identify and operationalize tactical plan to support the foundational strategy
  • Create and support Development Manager incentives through consistent tracking, monitoring and identify key trends
  • Track and reconcile First Year Agent productivity and New Org Retention
  • Manage and analyze key leading indicators that support agent productivity
  • Create processes, tracking related to initiatives driving Key Leading Indicators, specifically NYLICU curriculum OnTrack, New Org Agent productivity and Practice Models
  • Identify tactical opportunities to help drive key strategies through incentives, initiatives, promotions, and communications
  • Develop communications strategy through memos, power points, emails, and other communication channels
  • Work independently with managers in large General Offices to address paint points in process and deliver improvement and automation
  • Provide input to Development Manager Development and Proactive Agent Base team with opportunities for strategic optimization such Development Manager Optimization and Staffing Model
  • Perform complex ad hoc analysis to generate insights
  • Promote strategic initiatives to business partners and field management
  • Drive continuous improvement for reporting and processes
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables with tight deadlines
  • Handle ad hoc projects including request from senior management and business partners
  • Ability to lead meetings and discussions



  • Master’s Degree preferred (preferably in business with a focus in analytics)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of data systems, Tableau, Sales Force and advanced Excel Skills
  • Mastery of all Microsoft office tools, Excel, Power point, Word and Vizio
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Requires conceptual and innovative thinking
  • Demonstrates proficiencies in project management
  • Exhibits a high degree of influence, decision making and independence



Salary range: $115,000-$175,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
