Role Overview
Delivery Lead is a key leadership role responsible for guiding teams of technology professionals in designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrated capabilities across Marketing and Client Prospecting platforms.
This role partners with business and technology leaders to define and execute a multi-year strategy that maximizes value from technology investments. The Delivery Lead ensures the design and continuous improvement of integrated solutions that align with business priorities while delivering a seamless end-user experience.
The Marketing Tech Delivery Lead collaborates closely with other delivery leads across the Client Prospecting and Marketing value stream, enabling capabilities across their respective domains. Success in this role requires a strong blend of marketing technology expertise, hands-on experience with Adobe and Salesforce products, cloud-native application development, strategic vision, and stakeholder management. The Delivery Lead must also demonstrate leadership skills to navigate complex technology landscapes and drive the successful delivery of innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage a large team of technology professionals (employees and consultants), including architects, engineers, and analysts, ensuring high-quality execution of integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with core administration, record-keeping, and complex calculation engines.
• Lead the optimization of the Adobe suite of products, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
• Oversee the development of integrated solutions across Insurance, Annuities, and Wealth Management Solutions, ensuring robust functionality in areas such as Illustrations, Tax, Operational Data Management, and Policy Generation.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent integration strategy across platforms to enhance connectivity between internal systems and external third-party providers.
• Align business goals, strategies, and capabilities across teams to drive cohesive execution and maximize business outcomes.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications and modern front-end experiences integrated with MarTech ecosystems.
• Drive digital modernization by adopting cloud-based, API-driven architectures, automation, and agile methodologies.
• Establish a structured approach to reduce technical debt, improve system performance, and optimize data access for improved efficiency and decision-making.
• Manage risks, blockers, and interdependencies across technology teams, ensuring timely delivery and transparency with stakeholders.
• Develop talent by coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Focus on customer experience by ensuring the smooth operation of solutions that enhance productivity and usability across different product lines.
What You’ll Bring:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in MarTech or enterprise marketing systems leadership.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications and modern front-end experiences integrated with MarTech ecosystems.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with other marketing technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data management platforms.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in:
• Microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Modern front-end development frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular)
• Data pipelines and APIs for real-time marketing activation
• Experience building scalable platforms supporting high-volume personalization and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, including modern and legacy platforms (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, cloud-based solutions, and predictive analytics).
• Proven expertise in managing complex record-keeping or calculation integrations for Insurance, Annuities, and Wealth Management products.
• Strong experience implementing Agile frameworks, financial planning, and IT governance best practices.
• Ability to drive technology transformations, consolidations, and modernizations of legacy systems.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at senior leadership levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $157,500-$270,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
