Corporate Vice President - Program Manager

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

 

Role Overview:

The Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) Operations team is seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager to lead key initiatives and drive program execution. This role focuses on delivering value to internal customers by ensuring their needs are understood, met, and communicated through clear and transparent messaging. As a Program Manager, you will engage with business stakeholders at all levels to understand business objectives and desired outcomes, provide support to drive transformation and enhance the customer experience. You will also ensure AI&D’s capabilities, services, and roadmap are effectively communicated, fostering customer engagement and satisfaction. In this cross-functional role, you will balance business priorities to deliver high-quality programs on time while enhancing customer experiences and supporting change management efforts.

 

What You’ll Do:

You will serve as an integral member of the AI&D Operations Transformation Program Management team to lead various customer-centric programs and initiatives that significantly impact the enterprise.

  • Program Oversight: Plan, execute and deliver various programs, aligning AI&D capabilities with business needs, driving transformation and adoption.
  • Communication & Coordination: Partner with internal and external team members to facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams. Develop and execute comprehensive program and change management plans, with a strong emphasis on communication, across all stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with business leads to align AI&D initiatives with broader vision and business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and adoption.
  • Roadmap Management: Maintain and communicate a transparent roadmap of current capabilities to manage expectations for future development.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency and scalability.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Develop and track key performance metrics, providing progress updates to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with AI&D leaders and technical teams to ensure timely capability delivery and seamless support for stakeholders.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 8+ years developing, implementing, and managing large-scale organizational transformation, change management and development programs, ideally within a data or AI-driven environment. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects. Experience with Jira and agile project management.
  • Change Management Skills: Demonstrated resilience and tenacity to keep stakeholders energized and committed to a journey, manage fatigue and reinforce engagement to realize business benefits.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with experience effectively motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams to collaborate in a matrixed environment to achieve well-defined timelines and goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify and address challenges, providing innovative solutions to improve program execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand technical details and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences. Exceptional ability to manage, manipulate and use data to tell a story using advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Change Management certification and/or practical CM experience with large scale programs
  • Familiarity with AI, data analytics, and related tools.
  • Master’s degree

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $117,500-$200,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
