Environment Management
- Assist users in building and managing secure, AI solutions across NYL’s lower environments and production zones.
- Ensure adherence to governance, policies, and compliance standards across all user-developed solutions.

Dashboards & Monitoring
- Develop and maintain dashboard metrics to monitor usage, adoption, and the health of M365 administrative and platform solutions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards tracking Copilot and Azure usage to assist with reporting and cost optimization.
Strategic Analysis & Innovation
- Leverage M365 data, web APIs, and third-party connectors to support application logic and evolving business needs.
- Evaluate use cases for potential escalation to OpenAI developers for advanced enhancements or custom Copilot solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
