This role is in our Human Resources Operations HR Solutions team. The HR Learning Operations Specialist will create the ad hoc training and development courses in our Learning Management System (the Learning Gateway), handling the logistics required for the delivery of the classes, and responding to related inquiries. The individual must have excellent organizational and calendaring skills and possess (or quickly develop) a good understanding of the LMS module in SuccessFactors.  

 
Responsibilities include:

  • Add ad hoc events and courses into Learning Gateway (LMS), along with Degreed                                                            
  • Organize virtual and in-person classroom setup details, including creating Zoom links, room reservations, visitor registration, catering orders, etc.                                                                                  
  • Work with Learning & Development (L&D) team on annual course planning                                                                                                                                 
  • Update employee records with class credits if completed classes are not captured in the system                                                                                             
  • Maintain inventory of materials for courses                                                                                                 
  • Send reminders to participants registered for classes                                                                                                      
  • Arrange printing needs with the Print Center                                                                                                                                            
  • Answer general class inquiries re: courses and enrollment via phone and HR Central in a timely, accurate and customer-focused manner                                                                             
  • Create selected learning reports for L&D and business areas
  • Accurately record case information in the Dovetail case management system and meet all service delivery agreements.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and calendaring skills
  • Strong customer service skills (phone and email)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate through numerous applications and discernment of hand-offs
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performs well in a team environment and able to work independently  
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources area of study a plus
  • HR operations service and Success Factors knowledge a plus

  • Knowledge of the LMS module of SuccessFactors, Degreed and Dovetail case management system a plus
