The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for handling general customer inquiries from multiple channels, including HR Central (calls/emails) and call transfers for agents, retirees, HR Business Partners, HR Leadership, vendors, etc. The Specialist will assist customers with HR questions regarding process, policy and procedure. 
 
Responsibilities include:

- Become knowledgeable of all functions in HR administration to ensure processes and procedures are conveyed properly and effectively to our clients (employees, agents and retirees).   

- Perform transactions in compliance with company guidelines and insurance regulations.   

- Partner with Operations, HR Business Partners and Employee Relations regarding escalated cases.   

- Work with business areas outside HR and TPA for case resolution.   

- Accurately record case information in the Dovetail case management system and meet all service delivery agreements.
 
Required qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills (phone and email).

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.  

- Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate through numerous applications and understand hand-offs.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Performs well in a team environment and able to work independently.  

- Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources area of study a plus.

- HR Operations service and Success Factors knowledge a plus.
