HR PMO Manager, Corporate Vice President

 

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

The HR PMO Manager provides strategic leadership for the Human Resources Project Management Office, driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives that enable organizational transformation and operational excellence. This role establishes governance frameworks, ensures alignment with corporate priorities, and partners with senior leadership to deliver high-impact projects that advance HR capabilities and business outcomes.



What You’ll Bring:


Strategic Leadership & Governance
• Define and implement the HR PMO operating model, including intake processes, governance standards, and performance metrics
• Establish project management frameworks, tools, dashboards, and templates to ensure consistency and transparency across HR initiatives
• Drive adoption of PMO best practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Program & Project Delivery
• Oversee planning and execution of complex, cross-functional HR projects aligned with strategic objectives
• Partner with project teams to develop charters, integrated project plans, and status reporting models
• Lead executive-level project reviews and facilitate decision-making to maintain project health and mitigate risks
• Monitor critical paths, resolve blockers, and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed

Innovation & Enablement
• Design and maintain a self-service SharePoint site and knowledge hub for PMO resources
• Research and integrate advanced tools and technologies (e.g., Coda, GPT-enabled solutions) to enhance project delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Develop communication strategies and materials to introduce PMO capabilities and enable end-user adoption
Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business partners, ensuring alignment of priorities and resource allocation
• Engage key decision-makers to drive consensus and accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives



What You’ll Bring:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Project Management certification (PMP) required
• 10+ years of experience leading HR project management or PMO leadership, with proven success in enterprise-level initiatives
• Expertise in HR systems, compliance, and organizational change management
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and emerging technologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $119,000-$153,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
