The HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, writing reports in the human capital management system, delivering ad hoc reporting and participating in various HR projects and initiatives. The role will be a valuable conduit between the HR Reporting & Analytics team and cross-functional and external partners to identify and answer important people-related questions, through the analysis of existing workforce data and, when necessary, through the collection of new data.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Use Tableau, Excel, SuccessFactors and other internal tools to identify insights that inform business trends and future decision-making about human capital
  • Work independently with internal clients to determine reporting requirements
  • Build requested reports in SuccessFactors (HCMS) to answer business questions quickly and thoroughly
  • Create, design and maintain Tableau dashboards
  • Assess, prioritize and produce ad hoc reporting and analytics for critical business needs
  • Manage a catalog of reports and dashboards ensuring accuracy and availability of reporting for stakeholders
  • Drive SuccessFactors and Tableau reporting enhancements
  • Design engaging and visually appealing reports and dashboards
  • Play a key role in projects and initiatives that helps inform the company’s human capital strategies

 

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with report design and visual storytelling
  • HCMS report writing or similar experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A desire to support and be a part of a dynamic and growing HR team
  • Highly collaborative with clear concise communication skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • Ability to self-train and pick up new skills quickly
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and external partners
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, analytical, reliable, pro-active and resourceful
  • Demonstrates exceptional judgment when dealing with highly sensitive people data

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in HR data analytics
  • SuccessFactors Report Center experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Data collection and database design experience
