How you will make an impact

 

As a HR Strategy Associate, you will use your knowledge of HR to make a positive impact by:

  • Providing support for existing and future strategic HR initiatives
  • Partnering with the HR Business Partner supporting HR to deliver on department initiatives, including talent management and diversity, compensation, performance management, employee relations and employee engagement
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis, including engagement with consultants and peers to gain intelligence
  • Providing project management support and partnership to support broad spectrum key initiatives
  • Reporting and analyzing HR trends for HR leadership
  • Supporting medium- and long-term future of the HR function
  • Analyzing key talent metrics, including employee engagement survey results and other data sources to determine ways HR can further enable the success of the company and employee experience

 

You’ll be ideal for this role if you have…

  • Two or more years of work experience in human capital strategy consulting, Human Resources, or similar experience
  • An understanding of external trends in HR
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
