HRIS Associate
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
We are seeking an HRIS Associate to join our HR Services & Solutions team. In this role, you will support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of our HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build expertise in HR technology, data, and processes. You will work closely with HR, Technology, and business partners to troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and help improve the employee experience through effective use of HR systems and emerging technologies, including AI.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze HR system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Support the configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Execute testing for system updates, enhancements, and fixes; document results and recommend improvements
- Review system releases and assess new functionality for potential business use
- Translate business needs into system updates and process improvements
- Perform data uploads and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Partner with HR and Technology teams to support system-related initiatives and resolve issues
- Contribute to process improvements, including opportunities to leverage automation and AI
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or a related field
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting or maintaining HR systems
- Exposure to system testing, releases, or implementations
- Familiarity with HR data, reporting, or system integrations
- Interest in AI, automation, or emerging HR technologies

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000-$83,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
