The Associate will be responsible to support the implementation of a new accounting system. The role requires data, and transaction analysis, maintenance, testing and reconciliation between the existing and new accounting system and the trading systems.



  • Analyze and maintain trade and security data between trading and accounting systems using various query and reporting tools.
  • Perform data, trade, and cash reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Promptly communicate and escalate issues to the attention of the manager.
  • Participate in system testing and communicate feedback in a timely and organized manner.
  • Take the initiative in leadership, innovation, and creativity



  • BA/BS in Finance, Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
  • Up to 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of financial securities.
  • Strong system skills; advanced skills in Excel.
  • Bloomberg, Aladdin, Tableau and/or SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal, teamwork skills.
