NYL Investors LLC, an integrated asset management enterprise with over $250 billion in assets under management is currently seeking a Securities Operations Associate within Asset Servicing Team to perform asset and cash reconciliations. 




  • Identify/research and analyze cash reconciliation breaks between the Accounting System and Custodian in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate cash reconciliation exceptions and/or open projections to the custodians for resolution
  • Process Corporate Action events to the accounting system to ensure positions and accounting methodology is appropriate
  • Monitor aged items and follow up with appropriate teams to ensure Suspense and Due and Unpaid breaks are resolved timely and accurately
  • Promptly bring issues and problems to the attention of a manager
  • Maintain positive working relationships with manager, co-workers and custodians.
  • Participate in team projects to enhance process and workflow



  • College graduate with up to 3 years of experience
  • BS in Business Administration or Finance
  • Strong systems skills; advanced skills in Excel is a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and client service skills
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income securities is a plus
