Private Capital Investors Coordinator
Location Designation: Hybrid - 4 days per week
The Private Capital Investors (PCI) team consistently ranks as one of the top investors in the traditional debt private placement market. We invest in businesses by providing medium to long term debt that outlasts economic cycles. We provide capital to organizations including public and private companies, endowments, charitable institutions, and cooperatives. PCI provides a variety of financing options ranging from senior debt, master note facilities, to credit tenant leases. We also offer specialized sector expertise in infrastructure, utilities, structured finance, oil and gas, REITs, sports, not-for-profits and media sectors.
The PCI Coordinator will manage and coordinate administrative and operational functions related to private placement transactions. This role involves ensuring seamless execution, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting key reporting requirements on the PCI portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- New Transactions: Assist deal and legal teams with various items related to trade entry, due diligence, trade finalization, signatures pages, wire tracking, post-closing record keeping and custody of physical notes.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee PCI inbox, payment issues, and quarterly pricing needs. Ensure timely receipt of financial and covenant compliance.
- Deal Cloud and Client Reporting: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of PCI deals entry into DealCloud, prepare weekly pipeline reports, and develop dashboards and custom reports.
- Miscellaneous Responsibilities: Assist with gathering information, preparing presentations, and participating in ad hoc projects.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, paralegal work, investment operations, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Bloomberg) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with fixed income investments and private credit transactions is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $62,500-$105,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
