Job Description:

  • Effectively assigns tasks and allocates resources for meeting goals within budget and timeline.
  • Have experience with Waterfall and Agile PM project management methodologies.
  • Identify issues and possible risks to project goals and deadlines and coordinate for solutions.
  • Creates accountability among project team members to drive on time delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Proactively anticipates risks, opportunities, dependencies and costs, plan resources, milestones and deliverables to manage and implement projects.
  • Coordinate with testers to make sure test scripts and test results are effectively captured.
  • Make sure that all required controls for project are met and reviewed with project team.
  • Manage and coordinate production implementation for projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (ie. status reporting, escalation of issues/risks) are needed for communications to core project team members and to management.



  • A Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience, is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of project management experience, preferably in a cross-functional matrix environment, in which one or more of the following occurred:
  • Demonstrated strong relationship building skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Obtained experience in managing detailed project plans, schedules, risks & issues and milestones
  • Obtained experience in documenting status for key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise independently with project team members and follow-up on outstanding project issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship skills
  • Ability to plan, manage and perform work assignments in a structured and organized manner to meet target completion dates as planned
  • Effective “consultative” and influential approach and negotiation skills, combined with action-oriented passion for speed
  • Proficient in use of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project
