- Translate enterprise and wealth business strategies into clear implications for the purchase experience, including advisor workflows, client journeys, product access, and operational enablement.
- Identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities for how wealth products and solutions are currently supported within PX.
-
- Portfolio Strategy & Strategic Planning
- Support the development and ongoing evolution of the PX strategic roadmap with a specific focus on wealth-related capabilities, experiences, and investments.
- Assess how PX initiatives impact wealth outcomes and help guide prioritization, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure wealth initiatives are well defined, aligned, and positioned for execution.
-
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Insight
- Bring a strong understanding of wealth management market trends, competitor approaches, and emerging models into PX strategy discussions.
- Synthesize insights on how peers and market leaders enable wealth sales, advice delivery, and advisor experiences within their purchase journeys.
-
- Innovation, Experimentation & Applied Strategy
- Identify opportunities for experimentation and pilot efforts that improve wealth-related purchase experiences, advisor enablement, or product access.
- Support the definition and evaluation of proofs of concept related to wealth products, tools, or workflows.
What You'll Bring:
Professional Background
- 7–10 years of experience in wealth management, financial services strategy, product strategy, consulting, or innovation.
- Strong understanding of wealth products, advisor-led models, and client wealth journeys.
- Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, or operating model implications.
Personal Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect enterprise priorities to execution-level decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in framing complex ideas for senior leaders.
