Role Overview

Join Enterprise Intelligence as a Product Engineer supporting Decision Intelligence products that help field professionals make more informed decisions at critical moments of action. In this role, you will own the front-end experience from concept through deployment, partnering closely with product leaders, designers, data scientists, and engineers to create intuitive, high-impact intelligence products. You will help define product vision, shape user experiences, establish reusable front-end patterns, and deliver scalable solutions that support a growing portfolio of enterprise intelligence capabilities.

This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise with product thinking, user empathy, and a passion for building experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and development of front-end applications using React and TypeScript, delivering scalable, accessible, and maintainable user experiences that support enterprise intelligence products.

  • Partner closely with designers and stakeholders to define product vision, validate user needs, and translate business requirements into intuitive workflows, interaction patterns, and production-ready interfaces.

  • Develop reusable components, patterns, and documentation that contribute to a shared component library and promote consistency across multiple products and user experiences.

  • Integrate APIs, model outputs, and data services into user-facing applications, ensuring accurate data presentation, thoughtful handling of uncertainty, and resilient performance across a variety of use cases.

  • Influence engineering standards, front-end architecture decisions, and user experience best practices while collaborating across product, design, engineering, and data science teams.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3–5 years of experience developing and delivering production-grade front-end applications used by business or consumer audiences.

  • Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, and component-based application architecture.

  • Experience partnering with designers and product teams to shape user experiences, refine requirements, and influence product direction.

  • Strong understanding of API integration, application state management, testing practices, and front-end performance optimization.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building or contributing to shared component libraries, design systems, or reusable front-end frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Figma, Storybook, user-centered design practices, and front-end prototyping methodologies.

  • Working knowledge of Python and experience collaborating with analytics, machine learning, or data science teams.

  • Experience developing data-rich applications within financial services, insurance, or other regulated enterprise environments.
