Senior Associate, Change Management & Communications

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

Role Overview:
The Change Management & Communications Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting organizational change initiatives by developing and executing communication strategies while also contributing to broader change management efforts. Reporting to the Senior Change Management Leader, this individual will help drive employee awareness, engagement, and adoption of change through clear and compelling messaging, as well as supporting change assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning. While this is an individual contributor role, experience in coaching or informal leadership within change management or communications is preferred.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Change Communication Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement communication plans to support change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s change management framework.
    • Craft messaging that effectively conveys change impacts, business rationale, and expectations for employees at all levels.
    • Partner with change management, HR, and business leaders to ensure consistent and coordinated communication delivery.
  • Content Development & Delivery
    • Create a variety of communication materials, including emails, intranet updates, FAQs, leadership talking points, and presentation decks.
    • Tailor messaging for different audiences to ensure clarity, engagement, and ease of understanding.
    • Support leadership in delivering change messages through written content, video scripts, and live presentations.
  • Broader Change Management Support
    • Assist in conducting change impact assessments to evaluate the effect of initiatives on people, processes, and technology.
    • Support stakeholder analysis and engagement efforts to identify key influencers and ensure alignment on change strategies.
    • Contribute to the development of change management toolkits, templates, and best practices to drive consistent execution.
    • Help track adoption, feedback, and success metrics for change initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness
    • Work with leaders and managers to equip them with the right tools and messaging to communicate and reinforce change effectively.
    • Act as a liaison between different business areas to ensure alignment and minimize information gaps.
    • Facilitate feedback loops to gather employee sentiments and adjust communication and change strategies as needed.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement
    • Track and assess the effectiveness of communication and change efforts using surveys, engagement data, and other feedback tools.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance change strategies based on insights, trends, and best practices.
    • Maintain a repository of communication templates, toolkits, and resources for future use.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational development, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, corporate communications, or a related function.
  • Some experience in coaching, mentoring, or informal leadership within change management or communications is preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, engaging messages.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in communication and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $90,000-$130,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

 

Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
