Senior Associate, Communications Modernization (Service Experience)

Duties: Collaborates with a cross-functional user experience (UX) team to build, execute, and release features in alignment with communications modernization roadmaps. Partners with stakeholders from the company’s internal Service Experience Value Stream to understand and refine goals, vision, strategy, scope, and use cases. Identifies, communicates, and prioritizes requirements with relevant stakeholders within the Service Experience Value Stream and larger organization. Creates, maintains, and prioritizes a well-defined backlog with product features requirements. Translates plans into feature and user story development that spans multiple Agile program increments. Attends Agile meetings, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, and works in partnership with Technology teams concerning execution. Influences stakeholders to align with digital strategies. Reviews and executes test plans with Technology teams to ensure quality deliverables. Supports business user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test plans and use cases to reflect requirements that confirm a deliverable meets quality standards and is ready for users. Collaborates with Service Experience Value Stream stakeholders to create well-organized content with appropriate details and process maps to train users, including content feedback and improvement. Reviews and conducts post-production validation and ongoing monitoring. Manages daily platform and operations, including supporting back-end processes and workflows, creating processes, workflows, and operations documentation for record retention and management, onboarding, and sunsetting platforms and products. Creates automated reporting dashboards by aggregating data from multiple sources. Maintains web-based applications and supports business users.
Education & Experience Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience performing requirements analysis, data analysis, and project management
or,
alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience performing requirements analysis, data analysis, and project management. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include 2 years in all components of each of the following skills: 1) Creating business requirements and technical design documents leveraging MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio to document functional and non-functional data requirements and create process flows for correspondence as part of interactive communications modernization; 2) Leading long-term strategic project planning and analyzing operational, compliance, and unsystematic risks in an Agile scrum environment leveraging Jira to strategically divide projects into actionable tasks and release products in sequence to ensure smooth migrations from legacy systems to new systems; 3) Creating communications related to the migration and modernization of communications platforms leveraging Messagepoint or OpenText Exstream Customer Communications Management (CCM) tools; and, 4) Extracting and collecting data from multiple sources leveraging DataStage and creating XML files as input files leveraging MuleSoft on OpenText Exstream to create data requirements for interactive communications modernization.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
